This Policy governs refunds, cancellations, platform fees, consultation charges, communication fees, commercial facilitation charges, and related transactions associated with the InstaHelp Platform.

InstaHelp primarily operates as a technology-enabled commercial intermediation, advertising, business facilitation, communication coordination, customer acquisition, and marketplace platform.

Such discounts are discretionary, revocable, non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

3. Cancellation & Retention Rights
